Who attends
The PLRB Claims Conference is the largest property/casualty claims event in North America (typically 4,000+ attendees) and its Insurance Services Expo is the biggest single vendor floor in claims. The audience skews heavily carrier and carrier-vendor rather than policyholder, so for a PA-focused vendor it is a reach/awareness play and a place to meet restoration, engineering and estimating partners rather than to sell PA software directly.
