Who attends
FAPIA members are Florida-licensed public adjusters and the vendors/attorneys who serve them. The 2026 edition is a destination-resort format that keeps attendees on property for two-plus days, which produces unusually high booth traffic per exhibitor dollar. Exhibitor booths and most experience sponsorships sold out in advance - a good signal of vendor demand.

Planning notes
Main conference program ran June 2-3, 2026; June 1 was the satellite fishing tournament (8am-noon, Hawks Cay Marina) and Hook & Cook dinner (7pm, Oasis Cove) - both sold out. Registration is now closed. Exhibitor cancellation policy: full refund less $100 at 60+ days, 50% less $100 at 30-59 days, none inside 30 days. Exhibitor booths not available to law firms that are not current FAPIA annual sponsors. Booth includes 2 full conference registrations, event-guide listing, pre/post attendee lists and a FAPIA email blast; no electrical hookup.
