Advance attendee pricing from $1,095 USD through August 13, 2026, then tiered increases. Organizers recommend arriving Monday Sept 28 and departing Friday Oct 2. Sponsorship/booth packages are quoted by the sales team rather than published; contact Erica Queen or Paschoal Grassioto for the prospectus. Note ITC Vegas 2025 ran Oct 14-16, 2025 at Mandalay Bay with 9,000+ attendees and 762 sponsors, but that edition was not confirmed from a live organizer page during this research.
