Who attends

NAPIA is the national trade association for public insurance adjusters; the Annual Meeting is the single highest-density gathering of PA firm owners and principals in the country. Attendees are decision-makers who buy claims software, estimating tools, and outsourced services for their firms. For a vendor selling to the policyholder side this is the flagship national audience.
