Texas is the biggest hail-claim market in the U.S., and the RCAT membership is dominated by contractors whose residential work is insurance-funded. The conference program regularly covers insurance and claim topics, and attendees include the licensing-exam pipeline of newer contractors who need supplementing and claim-documentation tooling.

Planning notes
Exhibitor deadlines: 50% deposit at booking with balance due Aug 25, 2026; cancellations after Sept 4, 2026 refunded only if the space is resold; badge orders due Sept 22, 2026; hotel reservations due Sept 29, 2026. Booth includes black drape/dividers and two attendee badges; carpet, furniture and power ordered separately through Freeman. Move-in Wed Oct 21 (large equipment 1-3 PM by reservation, all exhibitors 3-6 PM); move-out Fri 2-6 PM. Program includes a golf tournament at Cowboys Golf Club, a Licensed Roofing Contractor exam and exam prep boot camp, keynote with Clint Bruce, and the annual business meeting and awards luncheon. RCAT members need a member code for discounted booth pricing.
