Who attends
RMAPIA covers an eight-state Rocky Mountain region (CO and neighbors) and this is its one major conference of the year. It is a small, tightly held association that deliberately caps attorney sponsorships to preserve balance - which means a software or services vendor faces less noise here than at a large national show. Attendees are hail- and wildfire-market PA firms.

Past event, logged retroactively. Registration prices rose April 15; walk-up pricing began May 4; 50% refund if cancelled before April 15. RMAPIA sells ANNUAL sponsorships (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Partnership plus a waitlist) rather than per-event booths; conference exhibit tables are a benefit tied to sponsor level and require approval.
