Who attends

Roughly the entire SERVPRO franchise system — owners and their operations staff — gathered in one hall. Access for outside vendors is gated through SERVPRO's approved-vendor program rather than open booth sales, so this is a partnership target, not a walk-up exhibit. If a public-adjusting vendor could get in front of this system, it would be the single largest concentration of mitigation franchisees in the country.

Planning notes

Past event. Members-only: attendance is restricted to franchise owners and teammates. Programming included breakout sessions, keynotes and an Awards Celebration. Exhibit space is sold only to approved SERVPRO vendor partners — contact SERVPRO corporate vendor relations rather than a public exhibitor portal. 2027 dates and host city had not been publicly announced as of 2026-08-28.
