Heavily Florida emergency-management and government, with a private-sector recovery and mitigation contingent on the exhibit floor. Florida is the single most important public-adjusting market in the country, so the networking value with local recovery contractors, county officials and mitigation firms is real even though policyholders and public adjusters are not the core audience. Booth cost is among the lowest of any event in this database, making it a cheap Florida brand-presence test.

Registration: Training Only $135 (May 16-19); Conference Only $260 (May 19-21); Training & Conference $285 (May 16-21). Exhibit Hall daily pass registration opens March 2027 - free for non-profit/government/federal with agency ID, $100 per person for private sector. Children under 18 are not admitted to the exhibit hall. Call for presentation proposals was open as of August 2026.
