Who attends
NAIIA members are independent adjusting firms rather than public adjusters, but the association runs a national Appraiser and Umpire Certification Program (with the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters) and maintains a public appraiser/umpire list. For a vendor, this is where appraisal and umpire practitioners - the people who resolve disputed policyholder claims - concentrate, and Claims Affiliate membership is an established vendor channel.
