CLM is the largest claims-and-litigation-management network in the US, weighted toward carrier claims executives and defense counsel, with attendance deliberately balanced between insurance professionals, attorneys and vendors. For a policyholder-side vendor it is competitive-intelligence and partner-sourcing territory, plus a route to the property and subrogation tracks where estimating and documentation technology gets evaluated.
