Who attends
A resort-format annual convention rather than a large exhibit-hall show, drawing Georgia roofing company owners and their families. The intimate setting and multi-day social program (awards dinner, golf, pheasant shoots) make it a relationship venue. Georgia has meaningful hail and wind claim volume, so the contractor audience is relevant to a public-adjusting vendor, but volume is low.
