Who attends
MRCA replaced its traditional Conference & Expo with the Leadership Summit for 2026, deliberately narrowing the audience to owners and decision-makers rather than crews. The vendor tabletop format means far fewer exhibitors competing for attention and much higher-quality conversations with Midwest roofing principals - many of whom run large hail-driven residential storm operations across Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Minnesota.

Planning notes
Registration includes education sessions, keynote, Foundation Auction Event and Dinner, Thursday meals, Young Contractors Council event, farewell dinner and networking. Schedule includes a membership meeting and awards luncheon plus dedicated vendor tabletop time. MRCA also lists Spring Board & Committee Meetings April 4-6, 2027 in Washington, D.C. (closed meetings, not a trade show).
