Who attends
The premier regional roofing and waterproofing event in the western U.S., drawing commercial and residential roofers from California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, the Pacific Northwest and the Mountain West. The roofing-only exhibit floor (~90 exhibitors) means far less noise than IRE, and the audience includes many hail- and wildfire-exposed contractors who deal directly with carrier scope disputes - a natural fit for public-adjusting software and referral partnerships.

Planning notes
Includes a two-day roofing-only trade show, 28 educational seminars, two keynote luncheons, The Roofing Games shingling competition, golf and sporting clays tournaments, a welcome event with live auction, and hourly product demos on the floor. Hotel blocks at Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood and Horseshoe. An Exhibitor Service Manual is published for contracted exhibitors. A 2027 edition is expected but WSRCA had not published confirmed 2027 dates on its own site as of Aug 2026.

WSRCA has run this show since 1974; it recurs each September in Las Vegas.
