Who attends

RIA members are professionalized restoration firms — the ones most likely to interact with carrier desk adjusters and to encounter underpaid claims. Audience skews water/fire/mold rather than pure storm-chase roofing. For a public-adjusting software vendor, this is a credibility and partnership event more than a volume-lead event, but RIA members frequently refer policyholders to PAs on disputed losses.
