Who attends
A deliberately technical crowd — hygienists, consultants and restoration science instructors — many of whom serve as expert witnesses or technical consultants on disputed property claims. Smaller and more intimate than the fall Las Vegas show. For a public-adjusting vendor this is a credibility/expert-network play rather than a volume-lead play.
